We built IPBoop because checking your IP address should be simple and free. Many existing tools are cluttered with pop-ups, require unnecessary permissions, or bury the information you need behind confusing interfaces. IPBoop.com is designed to give you the answer in under a second — open the page and your IP is right there.
How It Works
When you visit IPBoop.com, your browser makes a request to a trusted third-party API (ipwho.is) to detect your public IP address and geolocation data. This happens entirely client-side — our website is a static page with no backend server or database. We don't log, store, or track your IP address or any other personal information.
